We implement a rigorous bottom-up selection methodology seeking to identify and acquire equities trading at a significant discount to their intrinsic value. We seek to maintain an investment perspective of two-to-three-years for each business we invest in. Our investment strategy focuses on two primary categories: Fortress Enterprises and Shareholder Yield Opportunities.

Fortress Enterprises can be described as companies with a strong market position, attractive returns on invested capital, the ability to reinvest earnings at high rates of return, and led by a capable management team.

Shareholder Yield Opportunities are described as companies that return a significant portion of their market capitalization to shareholders through buybacks or dividends.
